Cultural Fair

We're thrilled to announce our upcoming Cultural Fair, a vibrant celebration of the diverse cultures that make our school community so special! This exciting event will take place on May 2, 2025 from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm in the Bret Harte Quad.

We believe that the best way to learn about different cultures is to experience them firsthand. That's why we're inviting you to be an integral part of our Cultural Fair by sharing your heritage with our students and families!

Below are the many ways you can contribute and make this day truly memorable:

Host a Cultural Booth: Share the richness of your culture by hosting a booth! This could involve displaying traditional clothing, artifacts, photos, or even offering samples of food from your culture. We encourage you to get creative and showcase what makes your culture unique. We will provide tables and chairs.

Share Your Talents: Do you play a traditional instrument, perform a cultural dance, or have another talent you'd like to share? We'd love to have you showcase your skills on our stage! Whether it's a short performance or a demonstration, your contribution will add an authentic touch to our celebration.

Be a Supportive Presence: Even if you're not able to host a booth or perform, your presence is invaluable! Come and enjoy the festivities, support our students and performers, and experience the incredible diversity of our community. We need volunteers to help with set-up, clean-up, and general event support.

This is a wonderful opportunity to teach our children about the world and foster a deeper understanding and appreciation for different cultures. It's also a chance to connect with other families and celebrate the beautiful tapestry of our school community.
