What Is BHCC?
The Bret Harte Community Club (BHCC) is a non-profit volunteer organization. With a large and enthusiastic group of parent volunteers, BHCC serves to support the students, parents, teachers, and staff at Bret Harte Middle School.
BHCC board meetings are held virtually every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 9:00 am. Everyone is welcome to come to the meeting (please ask for a meeting link) and participate in the discussions. It's a great way to know fellow Bret Harte parents, learn about what is happening at school, and hear updates from Bret Harte Principal.
Besides the meetings, BHCC holds fun and educational events and workshops throughout the year. For details, please check the BHCC event list in this newsletter, and make sure to mark your calendar.

How Do We Do It?
BHCC does a LOT of great stuff. All those cannot happen without your help.
Research shows the students whose parents involved in their education have better grades and fewer discipline problems. We promise the donation and time you contribute to the Bret Harte community will be worthwhile!
- To deliver these programs, activities and events, we need your help! We offer a wide range of volunteering opportunities with varying time and effort commitment. Please consider volunteering for an activity or event, and/or a Board or Chairperson position. - Only through your generous donation are we able to enrich Bret Harte Community programs. Your donations will help support our students, teachers, staff and various school programs.
